Who We Are

Always Present Hospice is RN owned and operated and provides comprehensive, compassionate, holistic hospice and palliative care to Gilbert and the surrounding area.

Our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified, and respectful care to each and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.

Always Present Hospice provides pet, music, massage, and aroma therapy for our patients, as well as a “Glam Squad” of mobile licensed nail technicians to help patients feel more relaxed, comfortable, and to help lift their spirits during this challenging time.

Our team includes Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Pharmacists, Chaplains, Licensed Massage Therapists, and lastly, but absolutely not least, our Certified Nursing Assistants, Hospice Home Health Aides, and Volunteers, who are the heart of our agency.

Admission Criteria:

• Life limiting illness

• Palliative care rather than curative

• Agreement with hospice/palliative philosophy

It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.

We strive to provide a personal touch as our team walks beside our patients and their loved ones as they progress on their journey.
